Uninstalling and your data
To uninstall, open Apps in your Shopify admin and delete Creadal. We pause your store and keep its data until Shopify sends its store erasure request, about 48 hours later.
Then the store's workspace, designs, templates and uploaded files are deleted, within 30 days after you remove the app at the latest, and they also leave our backups within that time. A few minimal records remain, none with design content: an audit line with the shop domain and dates, a record that Shopify's erasure request arrived, the store's credit ledger without names or emails, and its billing history. Billing questions
Plans and credit packs are billed by Shopify. See the charges and manage payments on your store's billing page in the Shopify admin (Settings, then Billing). For anything else, write to us.
