What we collect
Account data (name, email, a one-way hash of your password); your content (uploads, designs, brand kits, shares); usage and technical data (IP address, browser and device, sessions, error logs); plan data (your plan, billing period, requests). We do not store card details.
How we use it
To provide the service and keep your designs; to keep the service secure and fix problems; to send the emails your account needs (confirmation, password, plan notices); and, if you opt in, product news and offers, which you can turn off at any time.
AI features
When you use AI features, the text you enter and the images you choose may be sent to AI providers to produce the result. We do not allow providers to train their models on this content.
Sharing and the showcase
When you share a design, video or image publicly or publish it in the showcase, anyone with the link and search engines can see it. You can stop sharing at any time.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is open and delete it when you delete the account, subject to legal retention and the normal backup cycle. Passwords are stored one-way, sessions use secure cookies, two-step verification is available and access to data is restricted.
