1. The service
Creadal is an online platform for design, packaging design, 3D previews, AI-assisted content and sharing. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping your password secret. Tell us at […] about any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
3. Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are offered as shown on the pricing page. A paid plan is active for the period paid for; if not renewed, the workspace moves to the Free plan and your designs are kept. Price changes do not affect a current period.
4. Your content
You own what you upload and create. You give us the rights needed to store, process and share it as you choose, and you confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
5. Templates and library
You may use templates, images and elements in your own designs. You may not resell or redistribute them on their own or use them to build a competing library. Premium content is for plans that include it.
6. Prohibited use
Unlawful, misleading or hateful content, infringing others' rights, abusing or attacking the service, or overloading it with automated tools is not allowed; we may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. AI output
AI-generated content can be wrong; check it before publishing. You are responsible for the legal information on your packaging (ingredients, allergens, dates, barcodes and so on).
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Ending
You can delete your account in your settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
