Use Creadal from Claude and ChatGPT
Updated 2026-10-17
What it does
- Tell it your product and it makes the packaging: pick a model (box, pouch, label, can, cup, bag and more), and it fills a professionally laid-out ready design with your brand, product name and label facts.
- Get a dieline from a size: a box, label, pouch, sack or pillow pack in millimetres, as PDF and SVG, ready for the printer. No account needed.
- See it, print it, edit it: every design comes back with a preview picture, its 3D look, a print PDF link (24 hours) and a link that opens it in the Creadal editor.
- Keep track: list your designs, open one, check what is left of your plan.
Add it to Claude
- In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector, name it Creadal and enter https://creadal.com/mcp
- Select Connect, sign in to your Creadal account (or create a free one) and choose Allow.
- In a chat, turn the Creadal connector on and ask, for example: Make a kraft coffee pouch design for my brand Bean Road and give me the print PDF.
Add it to ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps and Connectors (connectors may need developer mode on your plan).
- Create a new connector with the MCP server address https://creadal.com/mcp and OAuth sign-in.
- Sign in to Creadal when ChatGPT asks and choose Allow.
- Once Creadal is listed in the ChatGPT app directory you can also add it from there in one step.
Other MCP clients
Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP can use https://creadal.com/mcp. In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http creadal https://creadal.com/mcp
Developers can also call it with a workspace API key (Bearer token), made under Settings in Creadal.

Things to ask
- Make a kraft coffee pouch design for my brand Bean Road and give me the print PDF.
- I need a dieline for a tuck end box, 90 by 40 by 140 mm.
- Which packaging can I design for a 250 g granola? Show me the pouch options.
- Put my olive oil on a glass bottle label: brand Ege Gold, 500 ml, cold pressed, made in Ayvalık.
Plans and limits
The free tools (models and dielines) need no account and have a fair-use limit per address. Designs you make through an assistant are made in your Creadal account and use your plan exactly like designs made on the site: the free plan includes 3D mockups, print PDFs and a few AI images a month. When something needs more, the assistant gets a link to /pricing/
Questions and answers
Is it free?
The model list and the dieline generator are free without an account. Designs are made in your Creadal account and use your plan; the free plan is enough to start.
What can the assistant see in my account?
Only what you allow when you connect: making designs, seeing and exporting your designs, and seeing your plan, in the workspace you choose. It cannot delete anything.
How do I disconnect it?
In Creadal, open Settings and Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. Its access stops at once.
Which languages does it work in?
Ask in any language. Label texts can be written in English, Turkish or Arabic, and the Creadal editor is in ten languages.
Does it work with API keys?
Yes. Developers can send a workspace API key as a Bearer token instead of signing in.
